Whether you’re maintaining a touch of stubble of a great beard, the Philips Norelco Trimmer 7200 delivers. You’ll have less mess when you’ve finished thanks to its integrated vacuum system, while it has long-lasting cordless power.
Well, that wraps it up, friends. We want you to take all of your beard grooming products seriously, and beard balm is no exception. Like any product, there are a lot of pretenders on the market. The balms we’ve reviewed, however, are the real deal and would make a great addition to your beard grooming kit.
Most beard balms are either all-natural, organic, or at the very least contain some natural ingredients. If you’re the type of guy who only does natural products, be sure to check the ingredient lists. The same goes for if you do only organic. While the science behind the pros and cons of these preferences can be debated, your own personal preference can’t be, and you should always go for the beard balm that’s made to your standards, if for no other reason than being true to yourself. (Plus, you’re more likely to actually use it if you like the ingredients.)
Towel dry it when you finish. Use a blow dryer if needed. But no matter your choice, be gentle. As previously said, your beard, while attached to your face, is alive. You don’t want to upset it! It has many ways to get its revenge!
i m 18 years old,,i’ve little but visible mustache and beard and i just want to grow it to the fullest..my question is that do beard oils increase the growth of facial hair and should i use to apply it on my face to grow beard ..??
Additionally, the DBGS comes with three comb lengths: 3-day stubble, short beard, and long beard. The DBGS is designed for true one-pass trimming so you don’t need to worry about taking extra strokes to make your beard look the way you want.
Our standard-sized comb is meant to be used at home. It has the same components as the pocket comb, but it’s larger to give you more control. It should be used when you have more time to focus on your grooming routine rather than on the go. Using these combs can really help spread products through your beard evenly and effectively. Whether you use beard oil or balm, the comb makes sure each of your beard’s hairs gets coated with your preferred product.
However, if you’re looking for portability and convenience, then wireless models might be more suited to your preferences and lifestyle. However, if that’s your prerogative, be warned – you won’t have the same horsepower or the benefits of infinite juice that you get from models that use cords. At the end of the day, this choice is up to you!
Make your beard magestic! Texas Beard Company Beard Oil is a carefully hand-mixed blend of All Natural oils mixed with a subtle amount of essential oils to make your beard smell as good as it looks….
I have a thick beard but when I use a dime sized drop of oil or balm it seems to disappear from my hands right away and not make a difference to my beard. I start with the beard but by the time I get to the other side of my beard or my mustache and sideburns it seems the oil/balm is all but gone. Should I use more?
Here’s a rustic-flavoured oil that will appeal to your inner lumberjack. Its scent comes from a mix of woody and nutty essential oils, and it’s made from 100% natural ingredients. First and foremost it’s a softener, making your beard… well, softer, not to mention shinier, healthier, and way less unruly. It comes with a glass dropper too, so you’ll be sure to use the exact right amount every time, with not a drop of oil going to waste.

Hi Paps. All of The Mod Cabin’s beard oils will moisturize and condition your facial hair. Start with that. Our beard balms will moisturize and condition as well, but they will also seal in the moisture and provide a light to medium hold.
Your facial hair grows in fuller and darker as you get older. If you’re disappointed by patchy or sparse facial hair at age 15, don’t be; by 17, you could very well have a thick manly man’s beard. Most usually, facial hair will truly start thickening around your late teens and early twenties, which is when you really want to be conscious of learning how to grow a beard the right way to set up future good habits and train your beard as it grows.
Now I am making two that are safe for animals and man or woman sensitive skin areas that is lightly scented with a healing essential oil and the other smells like the forest floor right after a fresh rain. Choosing the right beard growing oil can seem overwhelming. We are big believers in reading labels at The Mod Cabin. Anyone can say they have the best beard oil but the proof is on the label. The first ingredient listed on the label is what is used most. The last ingredient listed is used least. Make sure your beard oil has either jojoba or argan listed as the first ingredient. As a general rule you do not want more than a few ingredients in your beard oil. This is because the most beneficial oils are generally the least processed so they do not need additives. We recommend avoiding beard oils that add Vitamin E. The right beard oil will already have ingridients like argan that contain naturally occuring Vitamin E.
Some men can grow a beard faster, and some slower. Not all of your hair grows at the same rate, so patches on your cheeks may fill in later. But you can take some steps to help the process. Make sure you’re eating well and exercising daily to encourage healthy hair growth. Beard oil can help but have in mind that not all beard oils are of the same quality, so choose wisely.
Beard tonics are very similar to beard oils in that they are not only made of oil, but hold many oils in common to standard beard oils. The real differences are small and tend to focus towards specific goals like healing the skin below your beard or promoting beard growth.
Wash your beard with beard shampoo. Give it a proper massage while you’re at it. It will not only clean it properly, but it will also improve the quality of your skin. Experience with lots of beard shampoos tells us that Seven Potions is a healthy, wise choice. But we won’t hold it against you if you chose differently!
Use your clippers to evenly trim your beard: If you don’t have a lot of experience using clippers, it’s always best to start with a bigger guard. This ensures you don’t accidentally trim too much and you can always go smaller if you find you need to.
After some experimenting, you’ll quickly find your favorite combos. My favorite scents are definitely peppermint and tea tree. As for carrier oils, I enjoy the coconut because the dry Colorado air dries out my skin. The jojoba is also a great base since it closely mimics the natural oil your body creates. Again, refer to the benefits above of the various carrier oils, and figure out what works best for you. Below are a few of my favorite recipes. The names are my own creation, but feel free to steal them.
Thanks for the feedback! I think it depends on your skin type. I, for one, have never gotten more sunburned from using vitamin C, or citrus-based products. But I do know people, usually with very fair skin, who have.
Great website, I have had a beard for over 7 years now, of varying length, but have decided to go for a quite a long beard. I was looking for a trimmer, thank can keep up to 2 to 3 inches in length, really hard to trawl through various sites, and the longest I have found is 20mm (about 0.7″)

Don’t let itching deter you! If you experience itching, keep your skin clean by daily shampooing (with a gentle shampoo) and optionally using a conditioner. Your skin will eventually adjust to the new situation. Itching should be only a temporary phase. If you happen to need more relief, try applying some baby oil or moisturizing lotion to the areas that are itching. That should help to soothe your skin while you go through the transition.
Remember to be patient and persistent. You can encourage your beard to grow faster, but your genetics will play a large role in how quickly the facial hair grows. Look at the beards your male relatives have; that will help you figure out what you can expect.

Huntsman Beard Co’s Forest Beard Oil prides itself on delivering guaranteed kissable chops – which is always a bonus, of course – but the real draw is its ability to scratch out that irritating itchy beard syndrome and reduce beard dandruff (which sounds disgusting, but let’s face it guys, it’s real – anyone with a beard and a black t-shirt can attest to that). The Forest moniker is well earned too, as it does indeed exude a nostril-pleasing whiff of pine and Moroccan cedar.
