So, why is she huddled between a gang of Scandinavia pirates you might ask? It may have something to do with the Pailin’s Viking family heritage. More on this from our friends at the DailyKos.
The fact is, I have no idea. Funny enough, the web location where I originally found this image (gov.state.ak.us) has mysteriously disappeared. As in “Object not found!”. Or, as, in “oh crap, I’m running for VP of the United States, we better take down that really embarrassing photo.”
No need to worry Sarah. Many of my closest friends have uploaded far more embarrassing photos for their own Facebook profiles. Besides, it is not often that I will pass up posting a picture of bearded Norsemen flanked by women with bulletproof bras. Particularly if they’re surrounding someone who could be a heart beat away from becoming President of the United States. Shucks, that’s why they invented the internet.
