XX factor, Belibuike.
Yesterday, I decided to predict that Azubuike would be next year’s X Factor. Well, it looks like he may have serious competition. Italian Style. Belinelli baby.
The pair combined for 66 points in the Warriors Summer League debut. Mamma mia! In his 40 minutes on the floor, Marco dropped a whoppin’ 37 (1 point shy of a summer play record of 38, by none other then our friend Kobe), while Kelenna poured in another 29 in his 31 minutes. Most impressive is that the pair did it from all over the floor.
On the other side of the X equation, our #1 D-Leaguer, O’Bryant had three points on 1-4 shooting. Eek. Sounds like he has my shooting touch. With those numbers, he better start gobblin’ up boards and blocking a whole lot of balls if he figures on getting off the bench in the NBA.
